Servitur Ibiza uses the latest system of on-line transactions: the
virtual Point-of-Sale (POS). All communications, accommodation reservations
and payment transactions are made within a totally secure environment.
Your accommodation reservation will be given the highest level of
protection.
Your credit card details only go to your bank, and to no one else.

In 5 easy steps, you will be able to make your reservation whenever
you like, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Once you have selected the accommodation and checked the availability,
all you need to do is the following:
1. Check the details of the accommodation selected: please do this,
to avoid errors.
2. User details: fill in your personal details
3. Confirmation of the details: just check the details, this is
for additional security purposes.
4. Reservation payment: via the virtual POS. You ONLY pay the requested
deposit, the balance being payable on arrival at your accommodation.
5. Accommodation voucher: this will be sent to you by e-mail.
When does the reservation have to be paid?
On arrival at the hotel or apartments.
Via Internet, Ibizahotelsguide.com will request a deposit, which
is usually 10% of the total amount for the booking, although this
may vary according to the hotel concerned. The minimum requested
always covers one night’s stay. This transaction will be made
in the most secure and safe conditions possible, via a virtual POS.
The system will forward you by e-mail an accommodation voucher,
indicating your reservation details, the deposit paid, and the outstanding
balance to be settled on arrival at your accommodation.
When will the deposit be charged against the credit card?
This depends on the country in question. It may take up to 5 days
for the charge to be reflected on your credit card account.
The transaction will be made in EUROS, regardless of the client’s
country of origin or accommodation selected.
Arrival & departure from the accommodation
Arrival:
According to international practice, the hotel room or apartment
will be available from midday on the day of arrival. However in
some hotels and apartments, the rooms are not vacated until midday,
in which case they will need to be cleaned, and may not therefore
be available until 14.00h. Please bear this in mind, should you
plan to arrive before midday. INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION: The
services listed according to the accommodation details selected
at the time of booking, Spanish VAT (IVA) included.
Departure:
You will also be expected to vacate your room at midday on departure
day. This is particularly important to note if you have a late night
flight, and you intend leaving the accommodation during the evening,
or after midnight. If you arrive at the accommodation in the early
hours of the morning and occupy your room straight away, this counts
as your first night. On departure day however, you may have to wait
a long period before leaving for the airport. Most hotels and apartments
will allow you to keep on your room after midday, paying the corresponding
supplement, but this will only be possible when rooms are available.
In the event that it is not possible to keep on your room, there
are usually facilities available for luggage storage until your
departure, and a room where you may shower and change, however we
suggest you check at the reception desk when you arrive.
Alternatively, you may of course book an extra night’s accommodation,
which will allow you to use your room right up until your departure.
What is the cancellation policy?
It is possible to cancel the contracted services at any time, with
a total refund of the deposit made, as explained previously, except
in the following cases, where the corresponding charges will be
made by the accommodation:
1. In the case of a Hotel, Hotel-Apartments, Rural Hotel, Hostel
or Hostel Residence, if the cancellation is made SIX or less days
before the reserved arrival date, no refund of the deposit will
be given.
2. In the case of an Apartment or Holiday Residence (Vivienda Turistica
Vacacional), the following percentage will be deducted from the
deposit paid, in the event of cancellation:
5% of the deposit if the cancellation is made thirty-one or more
days before the reserved arrival date
50% of the deposit if the cancellation is made within a period of
more than seven and up to and including thirty days before the reserved
arrival date
100% of the deposit when the cancellation is made seven or less
days before the reserved arrival date
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE COMMUNICATED EITHER BY E-MAIL OR FAX.
By E-MAIL to the following address: reservas@servituribiza.com or
by FAX to the following number: 0034 971 33 18 00, stating your
reservation reference number, which is supplied in the e-mail reservation
confirmation. In order to be valid, the cancellation will require
a written confirmation from us, either by e-mail or fax.
